Chemical analysis of materials intended for food contact;
Evaluation of the hygienic and healthy risks of technologies, including drinking water treatment and the validation of the specific models;
Experimentation for the verification of the performance characteristics of equipment and systems;
Development of solutions for the improvement of the existent processes in an hygienic perspective;
Development of experimental prototypes and new hygienic design.

Support activities for the obtaining of product and process certification

Support for the obtaining of Community and national certifications for materials in contact with food and drinking water (Regulation no. 1935/2004/CE and Decreto Ministeriale no. 174/2004) though pre-verification audits and procedural support;

Support for the definition and performance of quality management protocols following the GMP criteria (Good Manufacturing Practices) in compliance with the Regulation no. 2023/2006/CE
